REVIEWING THE SUCCESS OF RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
One of the features that sets human beings at the top of the evolutionary scale is their ability to learn from events and modify future actions accordingly. In the context of clinical trials the experimental results provide new safety and efficacy information on which to base medical decisions. What is sometimes overlooked, however, is that the accumulated project management knowledge also represents a goldmine for process improvement.
