ABSTRACT
TLV refers to an airborne concentration of a substance. It represents the concentration that causes no adverse effects to workers after repeated expo sure. Intended for use in the practice of industrial hygiene, TLV is determined by one or more of the following sources: (1 ) industrial experiences, (2 ) experimental investigations, and (3) human studies.
