Change Management for Validated Products, Processes, and Methods

Change is inevitable; mismanaged change can be dangerous. The responsible management of change is fundamental to GMPs and Quality System Regulation requirements. There are two types of change that can impact products, processes, or methods:

1. proposed changes that one intends to make and

2. unexpected changes, deviations, observations, or results.
