Now it is time to think about potential quality improvement projects. ere are literally hundreds of opportunities in your organization. Perhaps that is your problem: You are paralyzed in the face of all the choices. You don’t need a scytale to decode or a crystal ball to see the endless possibilities. What you do need is a process.
