ABSTRACT
The goal of this chapter is quite simple: to provide you with a list of possible topics and the corresponding audiences for the information security and privacy issues that impact your organization. Through discussions with many organizations, I find that those responsible for the awareness and training programs are often overwhelmed by the amount of information they have to deliver to their personnel. Often they try to deliver all information in one session or message. Remember, people can absorb only bite-sized chunks of information at a time. You should keep your messages and training sessions manageable for learner comprehension and efficiency. Identify target groups that need more detailed and in-depth information.
