ABSTRACT
Network planning meets its challenges along with the growing demand of data rates and the introduction of new air interfaces. The complexity of the optimized network planning increases due to a handful of constraints introduced by the system capacity, service quality, frequency features, mechanism for radio resource usage specified by the system and transceiving bandwidth, etc.
