Intranet Basics Before I get into this topic in earnest, I want to make a big point about the process world. There are two aspects of processes that are equally important:
Content integrity Presentation/access integrity
This reminds me of constant bickering while I was in the military about whether the air crew is more or less important than the ground crew. The answer is that both are equally important. You simply can’t have one without the other.
