Assist Organization Personnel Just as with candidate projects, be prepared to assist people in becoming successful using any new processes. During rollout, the process group may get stretched thin doing this. I found that mobilizing candidate project personnel who are “sold” on what you are trying to do is far better than being one of those pesky “process people.” You’ll get a higher success rate when one practitioner can assist another practitioner.
