ABSTRACT
Sensory evaluation Paula is skeptical of genetically modified foods, yet she is intrigued with the idea of golden rice. Now here is one GMO (genetically modified organism) that would really help many people around the world. Then her Asian friends told her that they didn’t think most Asians would eat it no matter how hungry they were. For her graduate project she wants to test consumer acceptability of golden rice to see if the color really turns off consumers.
