ABSTRACT
Laparoscopic myomectomy continues to have an important place in the gynecologic surgery. This is especially true for women of reproductive age. With advances in laparoscopic suturing technique and instrumentation, most myomectomies can be performed via the laparoscope. The results are comparable to those of myomectomy by laparotomy. Moreover, the procedure is associated with faster recovery, and less adhesion formation.
