ABSTRACT
A comprehensive look at the Microsoft Virtual Server platform is provided in this chapter. It covers platform-specifi c implementation of common and advanced virtualization platform features such as an in-depth discussion of the technical details of virtual machines, hard drives, networking, and resource management. Th is chapter provides the additional knowledge to successfully build and manage a Virtual Server deployment and implementation.
