ABSTRACT
The change of the color of IG indicates that the luminous gas phase consisting of TMS and O2 was established in a few seconds but the cathode glow existed during the entire period of discharge. This indicates that the concurrent processes of the material deposition and the modification of depositing species occur in the luminous gas phase in a flow system.
