ABSTRACT
Inagaki et al. reported that 30-s treatment by direct hydrogen plasma made a significant morphology change on PTFE surface observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) [3]. They attributed this surface morphology change to the heavy etching reactions induced by electrons and ions inside hydrogen plasma.
