ABSTRACT
The nail is highly resistant to the penetration of drugs including antifungal agents. As a result, a number of physical enhancement methods have been investigated to enhance trans-ungual delivery. This chapter covers recent developments in electrically facilitated trans-ungual delivery. Other physical enhancement techniques will be brie–y reviewed.
