ABSTRACT
Obviously, providing a remote access solution has many benefits for the employer as well as the employee. The problem most companies run into when deploying a remote access solution is the lack of planning — not technical planning but business planning. Many companies just charge ahead with a technological solution without looking at what their employees really need in a solution and how to best accommodate those needs.
