ABSTRACT
Coordinating is what managers spend most of their time doing, and it is not easy. Some have natural abilities to do the job and some will never be able to. It is simply not in their nature. It takes a combination of organizational skills, dynamism, an interest in doing many different things at the same time, the ability to grasp the essence of a topic quickly, and foremost, the willingness to delegate.
