ABSTRACT
A graphical timeline of the major field tasks conducted for the surfactant/foam flood is presented in Figure 5.1. The field effort began with mobilization to the OU2 site, grading of the site, and installation of protective tents and other surface facilities, including secondary containment liners, “frac” (waste storage) tanks, tank heaters, electrical and plumbing systems, pumps, sampling devices, and instrumentation. Preparation took approximately 2 weeks.
