ABSTRACT
This chapter presents cost estimates developed for the conceptual designs presented in Chapter 19. An economic analysis is also presented; it looks at the factors that influence the cost and ways the cost for full-scale applications of the technology could be reduced. To facilitate this analysis, a cost estimate for the Base Case application of the technology was prepared, along with a cost estimate for the Optimized Case.
