ABSTRACT
Let us begin with the very fundamentals of reaction kinetics. As reaction kinetics deals with chemical reactions, the very basic questions that a beginner in this area of research can pose may include, (1) what is a chemical reaction? (2) why does a chemical reaction occur? (3) how does a chemical reaction occur? (4) why do we need to know the answers to these questions? and (5) what is the role of chemical kinetics in explaining these questions?
