ABSTRACT
When planning for security operations, a security professional must take into account people, procedures, and technology. All of these areas are intertwined and must all be considered and accounted for if a successful security plan and continuity of operations plan (COOP) is to be established. This plan must also be connected to an incident threshold to determine the appropriate level of response toward events.
