A. Introduction Executing and controlling offshore projects are complementary tasks. The control phase involves a series of tasks that ensure the offshore supplier adheres to contractual agreements and that the project moves forward per the project plan. Primary tasks in the controlling phase include performance reporting, performance management, change control, configuration management, and scope control and verification.
