ABSTRACT
The information security team is ready to implement, promote, and train staff on the documents produced by the information security policy architecture. The information security team creates a mental image of the objective(s) to be accomplished in getting the information disseminated. That mental image is transformed into words and actions for presentation to the enterprise staff. We need to remember that communication is a two-way process between a sender of information and a receiver of information. We communicate by talking, watching, listening, observing activity. The majority of our communications are written and the words become ambassadors to the enterprise.
