ABSTRACT
Carbon is a highly functional material that has a very kaleidoscopic structureandmorphology,althoughitconsistsofasingleelement.Carbonatoms constructathree-dimensionalsolidstructureindiamondandatwo-dimensionalgraphenestructure,leadingtographite.Itiswellknownthatdiamond andgraphitehaveextremelydifferentproperties,irrespectiveofthesame carbon components. Of course, carbon has various morphologies other than graphiteanddiamond.Atthesametime,carbonmaterialsarebotholdand newmaterials.Porouscarbonisjustonerepresentative.Theadsorptionphenomenonofporouscarbonhasbeenusedinhumansocietysinceprehistorictimes,inthebleachingandre„nementoffoodanddrinksuchasliquor, water, and sugar.
