ABSTRACT
Vulvar eczema is characterized by erythema and scaling on the outer labia majora and erythema and fissures and erosions on the inner aspects. Vulvar eczema is pruritic, often out of proportion to the clinical findings. The skin may become edematous, excoriated, and lichenified because of scratching.
