ABSTRACT
As corporations become more aware of the creative power of managing by projects, project management personnel gain more and more visibility and respect. New roles and opportunities for personnel skilled in project leadership are developing. This chapter provides an overview of some of these trends, with the caveat that both the marketplace and project roles are changing rapidly. By the time this book is on the shelves, more changes can be expected.
