A project manager support survey is used to find out what learning and skill development is important to your project managers. The focus is on determining what subjects project managers think will help them and their team members achieve better results on their current projects, then asking them how they would like to learn about those subjects (training courses, self-study, brown-bag seminars, books, etc.). This survey gives project managers a chance to voice what they need

, and ties it directly to helping their projects be successful, so that when you plan training and other forms of learning for your PMs, you give high priority to subjects they can put to use right away. And you provide the learning in a form they will be receptive to using.
