ABSTRACT
Wireless technologies and systems are fairly new to the data center and are still emerging on the scene. Currently, wireless data center technologies are comprised of infrared, UHF radio, spread spectrum, and microwave radio. These technologies can range from frequencies in the MHz (United States), GHz (Europe), to infrared frequencies. The personal communication network (PCN) can either use code-division multiple access (CDMA) or time-division multiple access (TDMA).
