ABSTRACT
No book about Six Sigma would be complete without a chapter addressing change. That is because one of the principles of Six Sigma is that improvement is continuous; and improvement, by definition, means change. The changes that result from Six Sigma process improvements may be major ones such as reorganizations or layoffs, or they may be as small as changing the location of the tool crib. But the one constant is change, and the change is constant.
