ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the first results of the research on “Usability of industrial products” developed by the Product Usability Lab (PUL) at the Department INDACO of the Polytechnic in Milan.
The PUL research program aims at defining the theoretical and methodological frame necessary to design and evaluate the product usability, focused on everyday-use products. Its goal is achieved by the set-up of procedures of validation applicable in the industrial field.
