It does not matter how good the plan is if no one knows what is in it. It is important that every single person in the fi rm knows what to do in an emergency. To enable this knowledge, business continuity needs to be embedded into the culture of the organization. To accomplish that, the planner must introduce training and awareness programs that involve all the stakeholders. Stakeholders include everyone from your executive leadership team and your full employee population to your customers, regulators, and vendors.
