Lessons Learned from Real Recoveries

The two biggest lessons I learned from every recovery I have been a part of are the following:

1. Technology recovery is easy-it either works or it doesn’t, and how well it works and how quickly you recover are entirely dependent on how much money you spent to build out your recovery and how often you test.
