ABSTRACT

Introduction With all the pressure on the technical aspects of getting the project done on time, within budget, and to specification, why would a project leader invest effort in assessments? Just as time spent on gathering the right tools for project planning pays off in the long run, good tools on the people side of the project also benefit both people and projects. Unfortunately, project leaders and teams rarely get valid, honest, open feedback, nor do they know how to go about getting that important information.
