ABSTRACT
The greatest difference between human intelligence and the intelligence of other creatures lies in the fact that the former can, with the help of language, carry on knowledge accumulated over thousands of years. So, the uncertainties of intelligence will definitely be reflected in knowledge. In order to study the uncertainties of intelligence, first we must study the uncertainties of knowledge.
