ABSTRACT
Coordination is the key that really gets things done in a project; after the initial period of project trepidation (worrying and anxiety) has been transcended through “thinking and planning.” No project system operates in isolation. Each project must interact within and outside of its scope of operations. There will be interactions with multiple subsystems across different organizational platforms. This calls for coordination at various stages of a project.
