ABSTRACT
I want a system to replace all the standalone pockets of automation handling the warehouse, purchasing and materials management systems. The system is to interface to my laboratory management systems and provide Internet links with my customers and suppliers. . . . I expect to be able to reduce my inventory, reduce lead times, reduce IT costs, improve regulatory compliance, and install a system which is flexible to change.
