ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Successful validation depends on the satisfactory operation of a number of underlying supporting processes. Among these are training, document management, change control, configuration management, requirements traceability, self-inspections, and managing deviations. Compliance is fundamentally flawed without them, and so they are discussed here.
