ABSTRACT
A number of inborn errors of metabolism lead to liver disease. In some of these errors, the functional metabolic defect is located in the liver. For some of these diseases, dietetic therapy is central to their management. In this chapter we discuss the nutritional management of aminoacidopathies, glycogen storage disease (GSD), and disorders of fatty acid oxidation.
