ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION The results of lower extremity vascular therapy rely on early and accurate diagnosis, intervention that is customized to the patient’s needs, and long-term follow-up to ensure the integrity of the treatment. Understanding and performing a thorough history and physical examination facilitate these tasks and remain an essential component of managing lower extremity ischemia.
