ABSTRACT
In Chapter 2, we briefly introduced measurements and identified methods of functional and spatial links in general industrial clusters. To identify industrial clusters in China elaborate studies are needed, not only because circumstances of growth and development of industrial clusters in China are particular, but also because identifying types of industrial clusters in China should be especially concerned with the acquirability, comparability and tractability of data. This chapter discusses identifying methods of quasi-industrial clusters in China, identifying principles of industrial clusters in China, and basic types of industrial clusters in China.
