We now come to the penultimate chapter which deals with the subject of management’s responsibility to review the information, records, data, and documentation against the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. A great deal of effort will be spent establishing and implementing your integrated program, but unless appropriate senior management is involved in the process, the system is doomed to failure.
