Known Classes of Semifields

In Chapter 82, we note the connections between commutative semifields and symplectic semifields. From a semifield flock spread, the 5th cousin will be symplectic. Most of these planes have been constructed previously. Here we provide the cross-references to those construction processes and the constructions which have not been previously mentioned.
