ABSTRACT
Phenotype is shaped by DNA sequence variation, environment, epigenetic variation and their interactions. A few measures in statistics help summarize the characteristics in the collected data regarding the location and shape of the data distribution. Graphical presentation of data is especially useful in comprehending, interpreting and contrasting results, such as the relations between measured quantities.
