ABSTRACT
What about the quality of geographic maps? Can the quality of maps satisfy users’ requirements? Similar questions are raised more and more frequently, because to know the quality of maps is necessary and significant for many applications. Usually, sampling and full inspection are the main methods; sampling, in particular, is a usual and effective way to solve such problems.
