The availability of analytical separation methods suitable for discriminating enantiomeric compounds is of great importance in several research and/or application elds such as environmental, agricultural, industrial, biomedical, and pharmaceutical ones. Those methods have to offer the possibility to carry out qualitative and quantitative determinations in short time, with low costs, high ef ciency, and high resolution.
