ABSTRACT
In addition to the federal and state laws and regulations that have been covered thus far in this book, there are several others of which the compliance officer must be knowledgeable. Many of these apply only in specific situations and to include them all in this book would turn it into an encyclopedia in size. For that reason, this chapter will focus on a small number of additional areas that must be considered by the compliance officer, with emphasis being given to those areas that will be of concern to most of the officers.
