ABSTRACT
People working with the WEIBULL distribution in practice are generally more interested
in estimating a percentile of given order P or the reliability at a specified mission time x0 than in estimating the parameters a, b and c of this distribution. Of course, most estimation procedures for these two quantities rest upon estimators of the WEIBULL parameters.
