ABSTRACT
This chapter is devoted to the magnetic-sensitive versions of otherwise nonmagnetic semiconductor devices, such as diodes, MOS transistors, bipolar transistors and thyristors. These devices are known as magnetodiodes, MOS Hall devices, magnetotransistors and carrier-domain magnetometers. Like conventional Hall devices, these devices may be applied as magnetic sensors, or as tools for exploring carrier transport phenomena.
