In.this.chapter.a.gnosiological.analysis.of.the.category.“psychological.potential”.of. the.professional. trainer. is. carried.out..With. the.help.of. a.narrative. method,.the.activity.of.the.trainer.is.reproduced.and.reconstructed.on.a.psychological. level..Also,. the. trainer’s.professionalism. is. identified.. It. is.established.that.among.the.leading.professionally.important.qualities.of.the.trainer,. the.level.of.the.person’s.emotional.resistance.plays.an.important.role,.stabilizing.the.emotional.factors..The.symptoms.of.“emotional.burnout”.of.trainers. during.their.professional.development.are.determined..Besides,.a.comparative.analysis.of.the.phases.of.“emotional.exhaustion”.of.experts.of.different. sports.is.carried.out..Personal,.organizational,.and.role.factors.that.influence. the.occurrence.of.the.“burnout”.syndrome.of.sports.trainers.are.determined.
