ABSTRACT

IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGEMENT People are arguably the most important factor in any company, large or small. The selection, recruitment, training, development, motivation, and supervision of personnel at all levels are complex but extremely significant topics. These relate to organizational effectiveness, productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality. Unlike machinery and equipment, each individual is unique. People not only differ from one another but also vary in performance from day to day or even hour to hour. Personal issues and concerns can and do impact the actions of people, and these need to be given due consideration. Human capital plays a vital role in the long-term competitive situation of the firm. One important facet of this has to do with the impact of personnel issues on GMP compliance.
