ABSTRACT
Continuing the line, “to ban emissions,” we have to keep in mind all four sources of emissions: power generation, eet vehicles, heating of dwellings, and industry (metal, cement, renery). The last one needs to introduce some special changes, in particular technologies, which is beyond the scope of this book. We wish to indicate what could be done in cities with the rst three sources, when a city is free of nearby heavy industry.
